FAQs
How do I book?
To book, simply get in touch via email or phone. Let me know who the appointment is for, what service you're interested in, and any relevant information about your goals or injury. It's also helpful to know roughly what your availability looks like so I can suggest convenient appointment times.
When will I start seeing improvements?
Many clients notice improvements from their very first coaching session. Everyone progresses at a different rate, but with regular practice and completing the recommended homework between sessions, you'll usually see steady improvements throughout your coaching block.
What's the youngest age you work with?
I work with children from 7 years old. Sessions are tailored to each child's age, ability, and goals, whether they're looking to build confidence with running, improve their technique following growth or injury, or enhance their sporting performance.
Can I start with the analysis and decide if I want coaching later?
Absolutely! The analysis is a great place to start if you're unsure whether coaching is right for you. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your movement, and there's no obligation to continue. If you decide coaching would be beneficial, you can book further sessions whenever you're ready.
“The human body was designed for movement – move joyfully, move gracefully and move freely.”
